Responsibilities as a listing agent

  • Analyze recent sales and active listings in your area to ensure that your home is priced accurately.

  • Spend time in your home to recognize the unique features and upgrades so that they can be positioned against the competition

  • Provide a proven marketing strategy with strong focus on targeting buyers via the internet to ensure that your home is marketed to the broadest audience.

  • Bring in the appropriate resources to make sure your home is presented in the best way to the market - this includes contractors, home stagers, video tours, professional photographers, measured floor plans)

  • Negotiate the best possible price and terms for your home

  • Coordinate inspections and appraisals. Suzanne personally meets all appraisers at the property. She has extensive experience with doing BPO's (bank price opinions) so that her knowledge of appraisals is some of the best in the area.

  • Handle the details for closing
